When red flags are identified, HRFI helps determine, in a discrete manner, whether the business has been subject to fraud, theft, embezzlement, loss of proprietary information, and other corrupt practices. In consultation with the engagement team, we develop an investigation plan to quantify the losses, maximize the recoveries, and minimize ongoing losses. We have conducted numerous investigations in support of Court Applications such as Anton Pillars, Pre-judgement seizures and Norwich Orders, as well as covert investigations.
